These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the ChatGPT Ads for Beginners course ("the Course"), sold under the Daidu.ai Academy brand by Daidu Inc., a division of Alwafaa Group ("we", "us"). Our office is located at Mezzanine Floor, Atrium Building, 28th Street, Near Al Qiyadah Metro, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, open Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Gulf Standard Time. By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to these Terms.

The Course

Daidu.ai Academy provides a self-paced, online educational course covering ChatGPT Ads fundamentals, campaign setup, context hints, measurement and optimization, delivered through our course hosting platform (currently Thinkific) together with a downloadable reference guide. The Course is sold on its own; purchasing it does not include or imply access to any other product, service or offering.

Payment and Access

• The Course is offered at the price displayed at checkout, processed securely via Stripe.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Course via an account created on our course hosting platform, using the email address provided at checkout.
• All purchases are final. See our Refund Policy for full details - we do not offer refunds.
• Pricing, including any launch or promotional pricing, may change at any time for future purchasers and does not affect purchases already completed.

License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Course materials for your own individual learning. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or use the Course materials to create a competing product or training offering.

No Professional Advice or Guaranteed Outcomes

The Course is educational in nature. It does not guarantee any specific advertising results, cost-per-click, conversion rate, sales outcome, or account access on the ChatGPT Ads platform. ChatGPT Ads Manager is operated by OpenAI as a beta product; its features, availability, pricing and policies can change at any time and are outside our control.

Independent Educational Resource

Daidu.ai Academy is an independent training provider. This Course is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to OpenAI. "ChatGPT" and "ChatGPT Ads" are products of OpenAI; references to them in this Course are for educational and descriptive purposes only.

Third-Party Platforms

Your use of the course hosting platform is also subject to that platform's own terms of service. Your use of ChatGPT Ads itself, should you choose to create a live campaign, is subject to OpenAI's own terms and advertising policies.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your course account login details and for all activity under your account.

Intellectual Property

All Course content - including video, text, the reference ebook, graphics and course structure - is the property of Daidu Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright. No part of the Course may be reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daidu Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Course, including any advertising spend, business decisions, or outcomes based on information in the Course.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Course after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
